Hitter of the Day

Sides

Sides

Wow. This has been a difficult task the last couple of days with all the runs being scored. But, with that being said, our hitter of the day is Covington’s Blake Sides, the catcher from Eastern Kentucky. Blake went 3-5 last night, scored 2 runs, drove in 4, and hit 3 doubles. Those 3 doubles definitely tilted the award his way. Blake is hitting 429/500/857 in his first two games.
